How do I care for my products? At O&B we believe in making our products as care free as possible! Our dinnerware is dishwasher safe and microwave safe, just be careful when removing in case it is hot. Our glassware and flatware are also dishwasher safe. Lastly our table linens are all natural fibers and they are machine wash and tumble dry. Please see our other FAQ's for tips on how to keep your items looking their best!

They are food-safe and meet all state and US government requirements. Can I put in the dishwasher? Yes, our glasses are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is always preferred. When using a dishwasher, carefully load the stemware to ensure there is ample room so they do not hit the top of the dishwasher when pushing the drawer in. Additionally, avoid cramping the glasses together to prevent them from rubbing against each other during the cycle. Following these guidelines will help protect your stemware and keep it in excellent condition.

Should I wash before using? Yes, our products are world travelers and they have traveled a ways. Please wash before you use them!

Can be used for hot & cold? No, our glassware is only for room temperature or refrigerated beverages and should not be used for hot liquids. They are also not suitable for freezing. Sudden temperature changes, such as with very hot liquids, could cause thermal shock and crack the glass.

Can red wine stain my glasses? Believe it or not, yes. So always rinse out your glasses if you have been enjoying a red wine. You don't have to wash them right away just be sure to not let red wine sit in them for long periods of time like overnight. Just a simple rinse with water is all it takes.

Can I mix-and-match styles? YES! We love to mix and match. We like to say there are no rules anymore so if you like it, go for it. Mix colors as well. We have designed all of our products around a core color palette so that you can mix and match a really create your look. Have fun with it.

When can I use these? Our products are meant to use every day. We also like to think that using our products makes every day a special occasion!
